The Managing Authority of Operational Programme "Environment 2007-2013" plans to select a contractor for carrying out "Analysis, grouping and preparation of proposal for suitable technological decisions regarding the discharge and treatment of wastewater in agglomerations with PE between 2 000 and 10 000 with the aim of achieving compliance with Directive 91/271/EEC".

The aim of the analysis is to prepare adjusted requirements for procedures for project design, coordination and construction of sewerage systems and urban wastewater treatment plants, by taking into account the technological characteristics of small agglomerations.

The contractor under the direct award procedure will:
(1) group agglomerations falling within the specified scope and offer suitable technological decisions for waste water discharge and treatment;
(2) develop requirements for individual project phases, coordination and construction of urban sewerage systems;
(3) offer amendments to the current approach and methodology for project selection under priority axis 1 of the Operational Programme "Environment 2007-2013".

The deadline for completing the contracted activities is 60 calendar days from the date of signing the contract with the selected contractor.
