APPROVED PROJECTS UNDER OPE
The first approved projects under the Operational Programme Environment 2007 - 2013 are for Technical Assistance in the Water and Waste sector. 250 project proposal were submitted and 198 of them were approved under the two procedures, or nearly 80% of them.
Following the provisions of Art. 25 of the Council of Ministers Decree No 121/2007 the Managing Authority shall notify in writing the approved, as well as the non-approved applicants, specifying the reasons for being rejected.
