IN PANAGYURISHTE HAS BEGUN THE CONSTRUCTION OF WATER INFRATSRUCTURE

The project of Panagyurishte city is funded by Operational programme “Environment 2007 – 2013” and is totaling MBGN 57. At the opening ceremony of the construction works, took part Mr. Spiridon  Aleksandrov from the Managing Authorithy of Operational programme “Environment 2007 – 2013”, the Mayor of Panagyurishte Municiplaity Mr. Nikola Belishki and a representative from the contractor on the construction works in the water supply network “Aqua group 99”.

The Mayor of Panagyurishte Municipality Mr. Nikola Belishki turned to the guests and residents of the city with the words: ”It is my great honor and pleasure at this day, on which we celebrate Faith, Hope, Love and Wisdom – and their mother Sofia, making a symbolic first sod of such a long-awaited project – replacement of water supply and sewerage network in Panagyurishte”. He recalled the history of the project and marked the expected results of its implementation – 32 km reconstruction and extension of the sewerage network and 22, 7 km reconstruction of the water supply network. After the completion of the project the quality and condition of life would be increased for the residents of the town and the Municipality.

In turn, Mr. Spiridon Aleksandrov stated that this is 129th project in the water sector from the country program. “Today we give a start of a very important project for Panagyurishte Municiplaity. Complicated project which was successfully covered to the Managing Authority of Operational programme “Environment 2007 – 2013” and it will be implemented within less than one year”. Mr. Aleksandrov and the representative of the contractor “Aqua group 99” Mr. Svetlin Stoychev, urged the residents of the city to show understanding and tolerance in the coming months, during which will be carried out renovation work on the project.
